do you think its a good law to ocupy cops time from real criminal activity? obviously seems to be ignorant to the fact ill never catchup to the damage cars do...but its ok to die from your exaust....thanks,i dont even drive. i was toatally going to tell judge i will not pay....ive done it a million times from lame jay walking tickets....its just the principal of the matter....what next...a dress code?are we to look forward to tatoo i.d's?damn!so no.....no city has got one red cent from me....ill sit in a holding cell for a night insted,wake up to my brown water(coffie)andd the stale egg muffin...bam ...time served!...
